A home cookery studio

Indian cooking,
made easy at home.

To the world, authentic Indian vegetarian cooking is a hidden gem. To us, it's just how we live. It's cooked in homes every day with love and generations of know-how. Fresh, deeply comforting, and far more varied than the world realises. In small groups, you'll learn it the way it's lived: hands on the pan, a little mess, real technique, food you'll find yourself cooking again and again.

What to expect

The shape of a class.

01

Small groups

Two to three guests. Space to breathe, learn, and cook without rush.

02

Cook alongside, not alone

One stove, a couple of boards, many hands. You take turns adding, stirring, tasting. Not separate stations.

03

Where food feels like home

We cook with memory, emotion, and the gentle joy of feeding someone you care about.

Annam Brahma

Food is sacred. It is what gives us life, holds us together, and quietly connects us to everything around us.

An old Vedic truth

“I always believe we are what we eat. And that belief is what this studio is built on.”

— Sri, founder

By invitation, for now

Three ways in.

Three formats are taking shape. A gentle first session for absolute beginners, an everyday plate for weeknight cooks, and a bread-making class for those who want to go further. You cook alongside throughout. Dates will open to a small list first.
